I'm having trouble sending a survey via Dynamics 365. It works when I sent it via email option, but I cannot get it to send from the D365 application itself. I've checked to make sure that the application is installed in the appropriate environment, my mailbox is configured and tested/enabled in Dynamics as well. I do not see the Customer Voice application installed in the Dynamics published apps, but I do see it in the Power Platform Admin center under the Dynamics 365 apps as "Enabled" --- anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
