Are posts available for custom entities I only managed getting activities and notes to show?

    Hello Barry,

    Yes 'Posts' are available on custom entities. They are managed through a feature called 'Activity Feeds'

    1. Go into the settings area and look for 'Activity Feeds Config'

    2. In that list you should see all entities enabled for the Activity Feed, switch to the 'Inactive Post Configurations' view to see all the inactive entities
      • If you don't see your custom entity in this list, click the special 'Refresh' button in the ribbon menu bar and wait for the page to reload.
      • A regular refresh doesn't work here, you need the function behind that button to load your custom entities into this view!

    3. Open the record for your custom entity
    4. Click 'Activate' in the ribbon menu bar

    5. If it doesn't automatically, also enable to checkbox 'Enable Wall for this' and save the record

    6. Publish All Customizations
      • There's a custom ribbon button for this in the view of Activity Feeds Configuration
      • You can also do this under 'Solutions', there's a button in the toolbar to Publish All Customzations
