Business Document Management - Purchase Agreement

Hello,

I try to configurate the Business Document Management for a customer, to show him the possibilities around this tools. He asked me to start with the purchase agreement because he has a specific development on it and he wants to see if he can easily do it only with setup.

I just begin on D365 and all the more on Business Document Management. I try to follow the step explained by Microsoft and I succeed for a large part of template, but obviously not for the purchase order ! In fact, I found it in the Microsoft LCS repository and like for the others, I tried to import it for my own configuration and Business Document Management. But I don't know why, I only have the mapping files but not the excel templates... I pretty sure to make something wrong, but after 2 days without any result, I prefer to have a new eye on my issue.

My configuration after import :

I hope that someone can help me. Thanks in advance for your time.

Alexandre

From the shared asset library - try to export and import this Purchase order (Excel).version.73.57 into your box and see if it helps.

    Good morning Alexandre,

If you click the Agreement confirmation Excel node in the LCS repository do you see the checkmark 'exists' / existe enabled?

If this is not the case then select the import button to get those Excel documents imported into your environment.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Alexandre,

Thank you for using Dynamics community!

To proceed with importing the configuration you need to make sure your test environment has one of these: https://fix.lcs.dynamics.com/Issue/Results?q=442727

After applying the specific kb for your environment, please use Microsoft > Global repository to import the configuration you need.

    Hi ,

You have to go to global repository in Microsoft config provider  and select Purchase agreement confirmation (Excel) report and import it . Just importing order model is not enough. Once you do that you should be able to see both the report
