How do you add collection notes to a customer account? I do not wish to use the collection letters, but I would like to see the history of collections activity on a particular account.

The normal process would be to use the Activity function to add a Task/Event against the Customer

These notes can be displayed in the collection form for the specific customer, allowing for easy access and reference. Additionally, you can also view these notes within the cases and activities form.
