How to customize registration page and register button on the registration page of Power Apps Portal

I have to customize the registration page of power apps portal. I have hidden the fields of password and confirm password on the registration page using the content snippet solution but whenever I am clicking on the register button it keeps loading the same page and no record is creating in the backend. I even tried with a custom submit button but it is not working either. I have referred some blogs but it still didn't help.
