When I try to import a sales order from the inbound sales order mailbox, this error comes up

Hi @DS-15041614-0,

This unfortunately comes from an ISV solution, and not standard D365 Finance and Operations. You need to ask a developer to debug it for you, or ask the vendor of the solution for assistance.

I have investigated it by looking at label texts in the latest version of D365 Finance and Operations, and the text "Inbound sales order mailbox" does not exist.

Hello,

As Jonas requested in his earlier post, could you please confirm whether you have the ISV solution?

And also, could you validate how you are obtaining the inventory dimension value in the custom integration?
