
Hello everyone.
Recently, one of our users had her custom dashboard "disappear." She swears she did not inadvertently hit delete and the dashboard was not shared with anyone who could have deleted it. It has been a few days and it still has not reappeared. We have had issues in the past with custom dashboards disappearing/reappearing but nothing like this.
We are on 2021 release wave 1, with server version 9.2.21052.00121, if that helps.

Would you please check if the dashboard is a system one or a personal one?

If it is a personal dashboard, it can only be seen by the owner unless it has been shared with others.
Is it possible that your client created a personal dashboard and then switched to a different account, so it's not visible?
