Hey Guys!
We are configuring Customer Service Hub for our customer and are looking for ways to be able to send emails from a different email adress than the user is logged in.
What I mean by this is that there are 2 licenses for Customer Service - one email adress is the central email adress (info@......com), the other one is not the central one (example@....com) So if I'm logged in with example@...com how is it possible for me to send out emails from the info@....com email adress without logging out and logging into info@...com.
We are trying to send out emails in Customer Service Hub Timeline, and when I try to send out the email I see the following message:
--- This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help.
The email is not sent out.
If you have any suggestions regarding which setup I should check to enable this function please let me know!
