Sending an email from a different email adress than logged in

Hey Guys!

We are configuring Customer Service Hub for our customer and are looking for ways to be able to send emails from a different email adress than the user is logged in.

What I mean by this is that there are 2 licenses for Customer Service - one email adress is the central email adress (info@......com), the other one is not the central one (example@....com) So if I'm logged in with example@...com how is it possible for me to send out emails from the info@....com email adress without logging out and logging into info@...com.

We are trying to send out emails in Customer Service Hub Timeline, and when I try to send out the email I see the following message:

--- This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help.

The email is not sent out. 

If you have any suggestions regarding which setup I should check to enable this function please let me know!

    Also, check the privilege send email as another user.

    HI,

    Can you check if Outgoing is configured in mailbox for Email Address info@....com.

    I believe current status of Email will be pending send on Email form because there is some issue with your outgoing profile. It may not have enabled or failing. Check mailbox status.

    Are you able to send email using example@..com.

    Please check if this is enabled for the user info@..com

    Configure the Incoming and outgoing mailbox setting for the user. Approve the mail box.
