Hello,
Customer Journey Templates is not showing up in test environment, spinner never stops loading. There's nothing wrong with an entity, it can be opened from the advanced search.
This is not the case for Production and Development environments.
I have tried importing solutions from dev and prod, no luck.
Can you advice me anything ?

It seems that it is page issue(page elements failed to load), I suggest opening a ticket to ask for environment investigation.

Open console > network > XHR and click Refresh button(clear existing requests before that), check whether the request to retrieve journey template records would throw error.
The request is called msdyncrm_customerjourneytemplates?fetchXml=xxx, status 200 means its a success request.
in the test and dev environments marketing module is updated.
Customer Journey Templates work in dev(and also in prod, but marketing is not updated in here)
different browsers and users make no difference, problem is still there
I encountered the issue on this page:
(This is a PROD example).
I have the same roles in all environments.

Which page did you encounter the issue?
Is it Customer Journey Templates view or Customer Journey Templates selector popup?
1. Please check whether any of your security role has sufficient privileges on following entities:
* Marketing Data Import
* Customer Journey Template
* Custom Control
* Grid
(These entities can be found in Custom Entities tab.)
2. Test different browsers or accounts.(Admin if necessary)
