I am getting the above popup msg when i try to open a case ,save case records in dynamics crm 2016 onpremise .But i could save the records even when i get the popup.

Download log is also disabled .Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi DivyaShankar,

    Are you using Online or onPremise ?

    If you are using onpremise you can check eventviewer log or enable CRM diagnostic tool to get the log from trace file  inside Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder .

    HI Goutham,

    Im using crm 2016 onpremise .I enabled tracing but the tracing is empty. But im confused what is the issue

    Also in event viewer i could see the below ,

    EventId 2004 - Source -PerNit

    Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

    "The semaphore timeout period has expired"

    Its mostly caused by the trying to load large chunk of data from SQL Server, please see the following links
