Change the time zone setting of the attribute in the journals of the customer insights journal

Hi,everyone,
I would like to know if the comment /No time zone data with the attribute can be used. The journey time zone will be applied: (GMT) Coordinated Universal Time/ in Journeys means that there is no way to change it at all. Is there any solution if it is inconsistent with the local time zone?
Only create a new user local time zone field?

    Hi,
     
    The Journey time zone attribute is set to (GMT) Coordinated Universal Time by default.
    However, you can manually select your local time zone.
     
    If you want to set the timeline to show the time in your local time zone.
    This can be achieved by selecting your local time zone in the Personalisation Settings -> Time Zone.
