Register tab dont work

hi,

when we click on the registration tab on opur portal the following message. All other tabs and sites are working fine. Do I need to set a setting or anything to make it work again? The console has this message: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (OK)"

Usually qou sholdn't need permission to visit this page. Everybody should be able to visit this page. Otherwise no new customers can registrate on the portal.
