Hello,

I would like to find in which database table is stored the field "responseby" of the entity "Incident".

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

It's on the "incident" table.  Or you can use the "FilteredIncident" SQL view.

Well incident is a view and it takes the field responseby from IncidentTable. But in my db it is always null. So sorry but my question wasn't clear enough. Do you know if that data is stored somewhere, or it is calculated at real time? Thank you.

The table that stores time data for the cases is SLAKPIInstanceBase.
