Position Control workaround for one employee to have multiple active seats

Has anyone come up with a workaround in position control where one employee can have more than one active seat?  We have employees that split their time between cost centers and would like to track budget vs actual by their department splits (from the perspective of the cost center), rather than by the employee as a whole.  Unless I'm missing something, Position Control doesn't seem to recognize that employees will sometimes split their time between cost centers (i.e. cost centers need a budget vs actual based on a portions of an employees fte less than 1.0).

Hi. Interesting question.  Did you ever determine if this is possible? We are running GP HR and are looking into using Position Control.  We are trying to learn whatever we can about its functionality as well as to learn about people's experiences with it.  Are you interested in connecting? Thanks!
