The fields have Customer No. and Staff ID and all of these other fields however none are useful if a customer has lost their receipt and don't remember when they made the purchase. How would I go about adding these fields into this table menu for RTC? I have it open in form designer as such:

if you don't have the field you are looking for in the table, one way is to try to create a flowfield which will lookup transaction register using proper formula or create a new function on the page which will return the value you are looking and use the function as the source for the column.
What if it doesn't have the field I am looking for? I need a way to identify the customer OTHER than the customer no. as that tells us nothing about who it is.
My staff have to do 2 separate searches for customer history without a receipt. 1 search to find out the customer number and then the search through the transaction register. This takes far too long (they tell me).
From the menu select -> View -> Field Menu then it will show all the available fields on the table, choose the field you want (highlight) and double click on the form it will add the field to the form, repeat the same step for every field.
