I would like to know if there is someone who knows where I can find videos to help me with workflows.
I created a courses workflow but I am not sure if it works:
Here is how it is supposed to work:
- The employee talks to his/her manager about the course he/she wants to take
- The manager either agreed or disagrees
- In case the manager agrees, the next step would be the manager discussing with the HR Officer (budget discussion)
- is the budget enough or not enough to pay for the employee's course
- In case it is, the next step is to talk to the MD of the company for the final approval.
Can you please assist with that?
