We have go live near by and we need to take down CRM portal for maintenance for couple of days.
What is the best way to get that 'Portal Maintenance Page' up for the downtime.
any help greatly appreciated!
Thank you
Hi karthik,
There isn't any out ob box configuration/ settign to display the maintenance page. You could set the portal state off which will redirect the user the error page.

Hope this helps.
When the portal state is set to OFF then OOB 403 azure configuration page is being displayed, which will not provide enough informaiton to customer that when it is down and when website will be alive back for usage.
So we went for editing the web template and removing the navigation links and disabling the sign in page.
No navigation is available apart the the static home page.
So is there a problem or this is what you are looking for? Sorry but it is not clear if the suggest helped or it created some other issue
