Hi All,
We are able to connect UAT environment (RDP), we have provided AX Client to user , but user is not able to open/connect the getting the below error :
"Check online for a solution and close the program , Close the program"
Kindly advise us how to resolve this issue.

Configuration files should be different for certain settings. So, exactly the same is not possible. There should be at least a difference in TCP port numbering for the AOS and also the webservices. E.g. 2712, 8101 numbers cannot be used for two different environments.

We have checked the content and all setups , all are same , even tried with creating new configuration files , still the same error , unable to open UAT AX Config file from other machines.
Followed the below link as well, reinstalling Client, but no result as the event log errors are similar.

Consider hiring a technical consultant who can review all settings on-site. There should be a misconfiguration somewhere...
Can you also confirm that the environment contents are the same? So the same application/customizations and the same data?

We are facing issue in connecting UAT through RemoteApp (from local machines) , we have tried opening UAT AX config file from other servers(STG and RemoteApp) it is not opening. We have tried with STG AX config file it is openining from UAT and RemoteApp.
Kindly advise us how to resolve this issue for UAT.

Have you tried accessing the same configuration(UAT.axc) in different machines ? For instance, Hoping users are able to connect the STG environment from the machine. Try placing the configuration file in different machines and test the same.
Meanwhile, Can you check the configuration files in the registry settings. Does it correct values.

User able to ping the environment using ID address, from he same machine user can access other lower environments , only one specific UAT environment is not getting connected.

We have created config file from AX Client configuration and provided to user.
You need to check network as well. Is the machine pinging and resolving domain with name?
Is there any firewalls or any antivirus install?

Can you tell how the configuration for the environment is managed? Are you using shortcuts based on axc files? If so, how were these files created?
