That is correct.  There is not a way to combine the account from the row with the account from the tree.  The ACCT will only display the account number that is in the row definition.

Greg - you are correct and this how it is setup. It only shows the MAIN account as the MAIN account is in the Row Format. The problem with the Drill Down is,  it only Drills on the account that you select not all accounts.   The only way I can list  all accounts 100-01-1000 is  if I define it in the Row Definition.

I was looking for an alternate way to print the entire string even if the Row Definition has MAIN account only. For ex: the Reporting Tree has 100-01   and the MAIN account is 1000 - I take it there is no way in the Report to combine the Row (MAIN Acct 1000) with the Tree 100-01

    Thanks

Bill is correct!  In the Column Definition, the first row below the Header rows (this number can vary) is the Column Type.  Inf you want the account number at the beginning, in the first column choose ACCT as the Column Type.  To add the account description, in the second column choose DESC as the Column Type.

Adding an ACCT column to the column definition will show the account number, but only as it appears in the row definition.  If the row has 1100, then the ACCT column will display 1100.  To see the full account number you could drill down to the account detail level.

If you row had 001-100-6000, then the ACCT column would show that.

The easiest way would be to add a column at the start of the page that is set to display the Account Number.

It has been a bit since I had to do this, but I believe there is a choice in the drop down for the column type to choose the account number format.

Hope this is (1) right and (2) helpful.
