Hello community ,
I recently deployed a tier 1 environment as a Golden Config . We encounter a problem with batch task : They stop at the status 'Waiting'.
I logged with RDP to the environment ,the dynamics Ax batch mangment service does not appear in the service list.
Does any one have a solution for this problem

The service that you should be looking for is "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service". Do you see this service? What is the status of the service?
Could try to restart batch service using windows service or create service request

Yes , He is not visible in the service page that what surprise me the most .
Is this a MS managed Tier1 box? For those systems you don't have Admin access. You can try to restart Batch service from LCS - Environment details - Maintain menu.
Yes but were you able to restart the batch service from LCS?
Since you don't have admin access, it's possible that you don't see all the services. Are you sure this is a Tier 1 system?
Anyway, if you have any issues with having the batches run, just ask Microsoft to help since they manage the environment.
It is a tier 1 Environment and it was deployed with this account who is an admin . Ok thank you I will se with Microsoft
