How do I copy an Opportunity?

Hello,
 
I'm simply trying to copy an Opportunity using, cloud D365 CRM Sales.  I select an Opportunity, click the Copy button in the ribbon and get the following error.  I can only find instructions on copying an Opportunity in F&O/AX.  Everything I've found for D365 CRM says use this or that 3rd party tool.
 
There is a Copy button in the ribbon, so it must do something besides throw this error.  Is it possible to Copy an Opportunity using OOB functionality?  Not using workflows/automate/JS, has anyone actually done it?

    Hi,
    There is one column--Order Type in the opportunity table.
    It has three options, you must populate 'work-based' into it, then you can use the OOB 'Copy' button.

    Hi Leah, Thanks for this guidance, we updated our type fields and the contracting unit and then updated the price list configurations for security.  And We have copy opportunity working for the System Administrator's, which is awesome.  However, when a typical sales employee uses the Copy button it doesn't do anything. It doesn't throw an error, just doesn't do anything, but works fine for the admins. trigger the copy feature even though they can see the button in the ribbon.  Do you know the security privilege that gives them access like the admins to actually trigger the copy?
