Form fields should be autopopulated in the portal with the signed-in credentials.

Only the user's name can be used to submit a request. For example, if I have an account and have signed in with those credentials in the portal, the name should be autopopulated in the field of the form before I submit it.

    Hi Tanvi Milind,

    1.In power apps portal we have option metadata.

    2.Goto basic forms/Advanced forms, there we can see metadata

    3.Create a new metadata record

    4.Select attribute like which field has to populate value

    5.In the same page prepopulate field option is there. enable and select current portal user & attribute (from contact entity, Name field)

    6.Now refresh the portal page and Check.
