Sales Order confirmation through email

Hi AXperts,

I am trying to send an email for the confirmed sales order but it gives me COM error related to Outlook.

I have SMTP server configured in AX (2012 R3 CU9) and also the email templates and all the settings are configured.

Can some one guide me what steps needed for the outlook configuration?

I can create a simple job and send an email through X++ code from AX but through sales order seems like its different configurations.
