there is no default functionality for this. But you can achieve this with the low code approach: Either you create a independend Power Automate that always sends an email notification every time a form submission is created.
Or you can also create a custom trigger and add it to any place in your journey where you want to send the email. For this option you also create a Power Automate. that sends the email but you can decide when it is send individually per journey or form.
