We recently closed FY2016 in our twenty companies, in GP 2013 R2, and almost half of those companies are based overseas.
One of our UK companies reports that there is a discrepancy caused by what they call "wrong rounding in GP". The app's "canned" G/L trial balance shows amounts rounded to two decimal places. They are comparing this to a SmartList that they created called the "Global Trial Balance", and that SmartList shows amounts that have more than 2 decimal places.
As a result – 12 accounts in the G/L trial balance are out of balance by 1 cent each. So, that company's FY2016 Trial Balance is out by 10 cents.
Does GP have any sort of file maintenance or utility that could be used to fix these rounding differences?

I have the same question (0)You can disregard. Apparently, it is not a Multicurrency rounding issue.
Instead, it has to do with how some end users during FY2016 copied data from Excel containing more than two decimal places into GP, which "cuts off" data past two decimal places.
