table locking error for concurrent request from web serice

There is a web service published to import data into nav through xmlport and then again sens the response back as success/fail accordingly.

There are three table in designed xml port ...
All has same indentation...
1) is common item template table
2)is default item attributes
3)extra description
If I coment the code on table 2 and 3..evrything works fine..
If I uncomment the code on 2 and 3 then i get table locking error of table 1

Please suggest an answer to avoid table locking for bulk request.
