Number of items able to be routed using Unified Routing

Dear Community,

In the documentation of Microsoft I see that If you have a Customer Service Enterprise license you are allowed to route:

50 per user per month

If you use the addon Unified routing this will enhance that number with

10K per month

I have two questions :

What happens if you go over that number?
Is there any way to increase the number of items being routed using unified routing

Yes, that's what Microsoft officially states:

Not sure what happens when you exceed the quantity limit, but I would suggest it's best to follow the official know to buy add-ons if you need more.
