Hi,

I am trying to Deploy a D365FO Cloud hosted Environment and as part of that , I am trying to login into the LCS dynamics site to create the project but I get below error message, despite I have an 0365 account. Please help asap. Thanks

You cannot sign into Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services because your account does not have the required associated CustomerSource or PartnerSource support plans. Microsoft Accounts (MSA) (such as Live or Hotmail) are not allowed to use Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Service without a support plan. For more information, please refer to this announcement.

Hi,
According to the error message, you need to make sure your Microsoft account is associated with the required CustomerSource or PartnerSource support plan. To access Dynamics Lifecycle Services, you typically use an Azure AD account. Make sure the account you use is part of your organization's Azure AD. Also check if your Office 365 subscription includes the relevant licenses. If you are a customer of the latest version of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations apps, you can log in using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) credentials.

Not every Office 365 user has a Dynamics 365 license and is allowed to deploy D365 environment. Are you associated with a D365 customer or partner, or are you actually looking for a trial version?
