Hi Mike,
Here campaign to custom entity relationship is 1:N.
Here we are using custom entity subgrid in the campaign form.
I need to get the custom entity records fields values(one of the field is lookup) .

Im not too sure what you are trying to get here. Can you define your table relationships?
Is there a lookup field on the Campaign or is your custom lookup field from the campaign table?
Sounds like the latter, which makes me think you dont see/have zero results in the lookup field on the portal - lookup to the Campaign. If that is the case, take a look at the security, youll need entity permissions for campaign and include the append/append to checkboxes.
