Unable to delete the bank account in newly configured legal entity

I am configuring a new legal entity and created a wrong bank account, this bank account was linked with a vendor payment method.

I want to delete this bank account, i have removed it from payment method but still system is giving me below error:
/A financial dimension value is based on the ##### record and has been used on a transaction. You cannot delete the ##### record/
I am on production environment and don't have access to database.
 
Please note that there are no transactions in the system right now.

    Hi,
    Based on the problem you described, it seems that you have no transactions in the system, but you cannot delete your bank account. Similar questions have been asked before in the forum, you can refer to the following link: Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details. As stated in the link, Before deleting the bank account, ensure that there are no open or completed transactions that use this account as a financial dimension value. (Note: The financial dimension value is not only related to the specific transaction you mentioned but also includes other transactions that might be using this bank account.)

    Hi Arslan,
     
    This is common if you have dimension created with vendor or vendor bank or any other record that co relate with this record.
     
    You can ask technical team to delete the record from DimensionAttributeLevelValue table.
