We would like to integrate SMS into our Dynamics 365 CRM. Can anyone recommend the best SMS providers that integrate best with Dynamics 365? We would need a low code solution. Thank you!

Absolutely! For integrating SMS into your Dynamics 365 CRM with a low-code solution, a strong recommendation is TextSMS4Dynamics.
Here's why it might be a good fit:
    • Seamless Dynamics 365 Integration: TextSMS4Dynamics integrates directly with Dynamics 365, allowing you to send and receive SMS messages directly within your CRM environment.
    • Easy Configuration: This solution is known for its context-aware user-friendly interface and no coding requirements.
    • Streamlined Communication: You can send and receive SMS conversations, set up automated messages, and store message history, create chat records, send emojis and images – all right from Dynamics 365 CRM.
    Key Features of TextSMS4Dynamics:

Centralized Message Management: Enables seamless integration of messaging services with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, allowing businesses to manage customer and partner communications directly within the CRM. This streamlined approach eliminates the need to switch between platforms, improving efficiency and ensuring a unified workflow.
Real Time Message Alert:  Ensures you never miss a customer message with its real-time message notifications. As you navigate through various entities within Dynamics 365 CRM, an intuitive message bubble displays the total count of unread messages, keeping you informed and enabling quick responses to customer inquiries.
Mapping with CRM Records: map CRM records with incoming messages using TextSMS4Dynamics. The app automatically identifies and links messages to relevant CRM records (configured record types) based on mobile numbers. This ensures context-aware interactions, enabling personalized and informed customer support.

Track and Store Message History: you can seamlessly store and organize message history as dedicated message sessions. This ensures all customer communications within the CRM are securely recorded for easy reference and efficient tracking.

Automated Messaging with Triggers: Streamline communication by automating message delivery within Dynamics 365 CRM. Configure triggers and actions to send messages automatically based on events like order confirmations or appointment reminders. This feature enhances efficiency, minimizes manual tasks, and ensures consistent, timely engagement.
If you'd like to explore TextSMS4Dynamics further, they offer a 15-day free trial to test out its functionalities within your CRM. You can even connect with their Product Experts at crm@inogic.com.

Thank you for the suggestions! I looked at the documentation and step one says to sign into your sales app. We are using the K-12 education accelerator. Do you know where I am supposed to find this in the accelerator app? I know it uses the sales app as the core. I am not sure what area they are talking about below?
    1. Sign in to your sales app, and in the lower-left corner of the page, go to Change area > App Settings > SMS providers.
