I want to have a classic pop-up window on my website. So when a potential customer have visited a certain URL for 30 seconds, the pop-up window will activate.
Is it possible to build i Dynamics 365 Marketing?

Do you know if it is possible to use "Form Capture" in Dynamics Marketing to capture information from a pop-up, that are created in a CMS system (like Wordpress for example)?

The pop-up feature is still in the planning stage.
You can use the workflow pop-up dialog in the journey:

It is difficult to implement this feature on external websites,
most of the triggers for real-time marketing journeys are based on emails,
i.e., the link to the form must be placed in the email and sent to the customer before you can use these triggers.
