When I try to delete some bank account of employee, I got this error: Vendor bank accounts cannot be deleted while dependent Vendors exist. Delete dependent Vendors and try again.
Its happen in D365 version 10.5.

Can you share screenprint, i tried and successfully delete bank accounts even though employee was linked with employee. Don't see any issue. The error message is typical on vendors. Can you share exact steps as well so we can try to get the message and then look for possible solution.

Hi Angie... the error would suggest you are trying to remove a bank account completely from AX while you still have some employees/workers who have that selected in their profiles. You would need to break these links first to be able to delete the account.
We do not use these tables our selves so I cannot see the links directly, but if you check on the table HcmWorkerBankAccount you may see/filter to the records stopping you deleting the account.

It shouldn't say vendor bank accounts as you are trying to delete record from HCMworkerBankAccount. Screen shot would help us to pin point the issue. And also please make sure the account you are deleting is not associated anywhere else.
Hi, go back to Vendors form and clear field Bank account (Payments tab):
than retry to delete bank account.

Never had this kind of issue. Usually, you can delete a bank account only if it has never had any transactions or statements in it. If transactions have been entered, you can archive the account instead. I am pretty sure that you can't delete the transactions in your account on your own. The records I am talking about are bank data stored in servers, which are to be reliable data for the bank and customers so it is highly secured. I use girokontokuendigen.de and I'm very pleased with the job they've done up to this point. I feel like my money is in a safe spot so I don't have to worry about it.

Has this employee created as a vendor and you get this error message while deleting the vendor bank account?
Ref. to the error message, try to unbind the vendor bank account from vendor card fist and then try to delete this vendor bank account.
