unable to establish Federation trust with my local federation server

Hello Everyone, Hope you all are well, I am facing issue for "Configuring the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment for companion apps" I am stucked in Ws-Federation identity configuration in azure access control list.

Azure is can't contacting with my local AD FS.

Please help me to resolve this.
