Hi There,
I got this error when trying to create new Vendor,
"the number sequence for party records cannot be set to manual"
I have checked the Global Address Book parameter and sequence number.
Please i need you advice.

yes this is the first time that we faced this kind of error & it's was appears for all users,
actually now the issue solved, i just refresh cache & cleaned up the number sequence,

I assume that things worked OK before.
Is that right or did you get this error message before?
What about other users. Do they receive the same error if they try setting up a new vendor account?

What is the outcome of your parameter and number sequence check?
Is the number sequence set to an automatic number creation?
Do you know if some modifications have been made to the setup of vendors?
