Import Emails into CRM issue

I have exported emails from my on-prem CRM and I want to import this into my new D365 Online environment. However it exports as .xlsx file and when I save as a CSV file excel cannot handle the HTML that is within the description field as it moves it onto separate lines. 
 
Would anyone be able to help with this?

    Can you save as the file in XML worksheet 2003 format ? Rather than CSV once.
