Changing company fax number that is printed on PO

How do I change the a legal entity(company) fax number, email address, logo etc.

I have already gone to Organization administration->setup->organization->legal entity. Here I saw a few things to change about the company but I cannot see the fax number. Can someone please tell me where to do this. The wrong company fax number is coming out on the POs.

Did you try adding the contact information and select as 'Fax' type in legal entities form?

Hi Sukrut,

I have to change it from the report level. there are static header information that is printed to the form. thanks much
