Customer Voice Survey Invites stuck in status = Queued

We have a few Customer Voice Survey Invites stuck in status = Queued. Most records get updated to Read,Sent or Failed.

But we have about over 200 records that are stuck with this status. Some of these records have been stuck with this status dor over 1 month.

    Hello Sailesh

    It's an expected one, I also faced the same. Please try Raising MS ticket to get it Resolved.

    As per my knowledge you need to take that 200 Records and u need to Reprocess it.

    Issue may occur if the email is not in use.

    Hi Sailesh,

    The issue occurs if you distribute more than 100 surveys in one transaction.

    Try to distribute through power automate flow - with 20-30 records per transaction. If they are queued more than 24 hours they will never get processed.

    You have to reprocess them and delete the queued invitations from the customer voice interface and not Data verse. This might also cause issues in matrix  - No of Survey Invitations sent and Responses captured.

    I'm setting up customer voice using dynamics and power automate.  I created a single survey and sent to one person (me).  Everything processes successfully in power automate but when I look in customer voice I see that one survey status is "Queued".  Been that way for 24 hours?

    Any ideas why? Or how to get it out of the queue to process?
