Great Plains 2015 R2 Project Expense Approval Workflow

We have an issue with workflow routing if an employee enters an Expense Report , the supervisor is unable to open the entry up for approval. The Expense Approval does show in the Task List but its not showing on this list.

    What user type are both users ? Full, limited or Self-serve user ? have they been assigned to the proper security roles in GP ? (i.e. the ones starting with ESS_*)

    After some discussions with MS, we found that using the Expense Approval process using the tiles on the home screen has a confirmed bug in it that prevent the expense report from displaying. The Time Sheet approval process will work though. The work around is to select the Project button from the menu and expand PTE Expense menu on the left to approve the expense report.
