we are currently implementing HRMS in our org and struggling with streamlining learning module.
can any one help me with registering, confirming and adding course participants in mass numbers?
and also please suggest if there are any options available to validate participants attendance and completion of course.

Have you managed to find a solution for adding mass participants to a course?
1. Create course types and courses. Make sure you open them for enrollment.
2. Employees through ESS will request to take part in the open courses.
3. In the Learning module, you review the participants and confirm them.
This is the process of enrolling employees in courses.

Is there a way to register more than one employee at a time per course ?
Yes, of course. Applies the same process, employees will need to select the course and pre-register and then you can approve the participants.
My recommendation is to first review the course participants and then confirming them
