
Come into work today and the CRM support quere has a number of emails from users stating that when they are doing Global Searchs the were able to click on New Record and create a new lead from this drop down.
Today when they came into work they are saying it is no longer displayed. I have looked at the users premissions and access and nothing has changed from yesterday to today.
When I look at the drop down for New Record I see Lead.
Spent a while looking on the Google machine but it really didnt answer my question.
Any help would ROCK
