    Hi Arvin,

On your screenshot there are a number of errors? Are they all the same? If not can you share them please? Before you created a new virtual directory do you know why the users were unable to access the web client?

I don't think it's a good idea to manually create a new virtual directory.

I suggest that you create a new webserver instance using PowerShell. (msdn article)

Also here is an interesting article from waldo's blog about removing a web server instance if you need to remove the current remo: www.waldo.be/.../remove-a-dynamics-nav-web-client-remove-navwebserverinstance

Does user have access rights to that folder?

    Hi Arvin,

Default path is "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\71\Web Client\DynamicsNAV71\WebClient\Resources\ExtractedResources" (replace DynamicsNAV71 with your instance name).

For this folder (or the one you created) you need to give the rights below to the following user "ServerName\IIS_IUSRS"
