Unable to See Actual Labor Cost At Project

Posted on by 325

Hi All,

I have set up Project operations for a client. I have set up Products, PriceLists, and all other stuff related to this.

I have created resources, assigned roles to them, created tasks in the project, and assigned tasks to the resources. Each resource has its price setup Hourly basis. Estimated amounts are also set up correctly.

Now after adding Time Entries for some tasks and approving those tasks by the manager do not shows any amount value in the fields "Actual Labor Cost" and "Estimated Labor Cost" field.

Please have a look at this attachment and guide where I can check to get this amount calculated in the system.

RE: Unable to See Actual Labor Cost At Project

Hi Muhammad Fasih Akbar. Are your Cost Actuals getting created properly? Actual Labor Cost will increase from your Cost Actuals with an approved time entry. Estimated Labor Cost will change as you fiddle with the project's tasks and increase/decrease their duration with resource assignments on them.
