The two key questions arise:
-What are feasible hosting options in Saudi Arabia for MS Dynamics?
-Could a Multi-Tenancy Setup (to support Bahrain Region as a separate tenant) be achieved?

Hey!

on https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/availability-reports/georeport/ you have an interactive report that shows each Dynamics 365 product available as well as their international availability. If you select a region (Middle east and Africa for example) you'll see that Datacenters are in South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Other locations available are Europe, UK, France, etc. At the moment, there's no Dynamics 365/powerPlatform datacenter enabled in Saudi Arabia.
