Hello,
May I ask if there is a capability in on premise 2016 v8.2 version to copy environments with the option partial copy like in online environment.
Context is we need to copy our Prod to UAT but we dont want to have the prod records included we only want the configurations and solutions.

Not in fact, we don't have this option for Onprem deployments.
In order to achieve the need, you can export solutions from production and import in UAT.
