In 365 Enterprise I should be able to assign a color to sales orders wich have been set to 'On Hold':
Accounts receivables parameters -> general tab -> sales set-up Fasttab -> "On Hold" sales order status
This field offers a range of colors to select from.
I expect by, chosing a color, that in my sales order list page all the 'On hold' sales orders will be marked with this color.
Unfortunately, this isn't working.
The "do no process" checkbox is activated in the listpage for the considered sales orders, but no color is shining.
Does anyone have a clue what is going wrong here?
