weekly employee survey

Posted on by 5

Hello,

I am trying to implement an easy to use weekly survey for our employees with just one question in it (Rate 1-10). It has to be super easy to use, basically just one click.

I tried using customer voice with embedding the first (and only) quesion to an email, but after clicking on a scale 1-10 it still sends me to the customer voice page and I have to send my choice with another click. Is it possible to skip this progress, basically just clicking on 1-10 and instantly getting to the 2nd page "thanks for paricipating"?

An alternative would be to embed it in teams, I have found a threat where we could implement it with iframe, but we also want to send it weekly via power flow and i am not sure how easy it would automatically seding the servey every week to a microsoft teams group. 3rd Party apps are not usable in my company.

Help would be much appreciated!

Kind regards

You can add a (website-type) tab on your team and embed customer voice survey to capture anonymous survey.

Ok then I would have to work on an implementation in teams.

Is it possible to set up a survey anonymous and on the same time only possible to respond once a week per user with the same link? It would be 100% internal users logged in in teams. I thought about this setup:

    1) I add a tab in teams with the survey link

    2) I send an automated message in teams as reminder to fill out the survey each week

is it possible to do that?

    Hi Fridolin,

Currently the capability is not available where responding on the embed question submits the response. One of the reasons to consider is the case of Accidental clicks where if a choice is chosen by mistake and the form gets submitted, there is no way to revert. Will that be a cause of concern for your case? If you want to connect further to discuss the usecase, please drop a note to richowdh@microsoft.com.

Additionally can you also post the idea to : Dynamics+365+Customer+Voice which will help in prioritization of this feature.
