1,114We have a client that needs to demonstrate proof of their SQL licenses for GP. They have nearly $1,000,000 of SQL licenses purchased through Dell. We provided the invoice to Microsoft, however they are requiring either an official Microsoft Invoice, a Microsoft Agreement or Enrollment number. As the invoice is through Dell, it is not a Microsoft Invoice. That said, where can I direct them to find their Microsoft Agreement or Enrollment number. We had an open ticket with Microsoft and they advised us of the requirement, but were unable to direct us where the client could find it.
I would appreciate any advice or suggestions that can be provided.
