
Is there a way to make it so the User who is logged into the field service mobile app only has their bookings on the agenda. Currently it shows the bookings for the user signed in - and shows the service account and location, but it also shows bookings for other users. The user logged in, doesn't have access the these bookings, however it clogs up the screen and reduces efficiency. Any help would be greatly appreaciated
Hey JaiMangat, the default behaviour of the Field Service app is to "only" show bookings of the resource who have logged-in to the app. That is,
- if User A is a Field Service user,
- has 'Field Service - role',
- has a Bookable Resource record created for it, and
- and has bookings assigned to it, the user A will will only see those bookings in the app.
If you are seeing other bookings, worth checking few things, starting with the security role?
