output order cannot be deleted

Hi,

I have a scenario. We've created and processed a Sales order. The output order has been created when i try to delete the output order i am getting the following error

"output order cannot be deleted.All related lines to the output order must have a status that comes prior to pick in ax2012"

The handling status of the output is " Activated"

any help would be highly appreciated ..

Hi Sannam,

In this case, someone already picked the items according to AX. Please check if pick lists have been created and if they are already reported as picked or that you can cancel the picking.

Cancel the picking route from the picking registration screen, then delete the output order. Activated means you are picking it so it will not let you delete the output order.

Try deleting the Shipment the output order was on.

Had this error in DYN365F&O and deleting the Sent shipment stopped teh error appearing and I could delete the output order
